A little refreshment on a hot day
I have asked 2 lemonade stands at the fair to save their lemon peels for me. I pick them up every night and feed them to the girls the next day. Instead of going in the trash, the lemon peels get fed to the sheep. The girls get a nice big dose of vitamin C AND lemony fresh breath!

Malibu
I’m taking a wild guess that Malibu has been eating burdocks.
No napkin? No problem!
After the girls eat their wet mash they always have bits stuck to their beaks and faces. They will gather around and gently peck the bits from each other’s faces.
Cobleskill Sunshine Fair
I am working in the Arts and Crafts Building at the fair all week. Didn’t get much change to look around yesterday, but I’m hoping to have more time today. Hopefully I can get some good shots for you.
Luna and Georgia
Luna seems to be fully recovered. She can walk a straight line, she can turn her head to the right, make a right turn. And, now that she isn’t being poked with a needle 3 times a day, she has forgiven me and lets me give her scratches again.
Whatever was going on with Georgia seems to have fixed itself. She’s been strutting and pecking like normal the past 2 days. I hate when they start acting weird and you don’t know why!
